By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We provide non-emergency home-care and supportive services, which may include On-Call Medical Visits, Adult Companion Services, Homemaker Services, Night Supervision, Personal Support, Respite Care, In-Home Family Support, Occupational Therapy, and Integrated Community Supports (ICS). Availability and scope vary by assessment, location, and payer.
Site content is general information only, not medical advice, and does not create a provider–patient relationship. For emergencies, call 911.
The Site is intended for users 18+. We operate in the United States; if you access from elsewhere, you are responsible for local compliance.
Form submissions are requests, not guarantees of staffing, dates, or acceptance as a client. Any service-specific fees or cancellation terms provided at booking will govern that engagement.
Coverage depends on your plan and applicable program rules. You are responsible for required authorizations and any non-covered charges. Prices and billing practices may change as permitted by law and agreements.
Website use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Information that constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI) in connection with care services is governed by HIPAA and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Please avoid sending sensitive health details via open web forms.
No illegal activity, unauthorized access, or disruption of the Site.
No scraping beyond robots.txt, malware, or infringing/defamatory content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected misuse. We may suspend or close accounts for violations or inactivity.
By submitting content (e.g., inquiries, reviews, resumes), you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Site and Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Peer2Peer and are protected by law. We grant a limited, revocable, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use. Other uses require our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peer2Peer and its personnel from claims arising out of your Site use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The Effective Date shows the latest update. Continued use means you accept the changes.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for suspected violations.
These Terms are governed by New York law. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts of Westchester County, New York.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign as part of a corporate transaction.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, utility/Internet outages, labor actions, epidemics, governmental actions).
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms presented at booking, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
